1. Who we are

These terms apply to the whathappensatmidnight.xyz website and to the mobile applications operated by WHaM Pictures (representative: Jaeheon Oh, Republic of Korea) — currently TOMATO and F1ow. Contact: hello@whathappensatmidnight.xyz.

2. Using our services

You may use our website and apps for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these terms, applicable law, and — for apps — Apple's App Store terms. You must not attempt to disrupt the services, access other users' data, or use the services for unlawful purposes.

3. Accounts & user content

Some apps offer accounts and user-generated content (e.g. the F1ow community). You are responsible for the content you post. Content that violates the community guidelines or applicable law may be removed, and repeat violations may lead to account restrictions. You retain rights to your own content; by posting, you grant us the license needed to display it within the service.

4. Purchases

In-app purchases are processed by Apple under Apple's payment terms. Virtual items (such as training chips in TOMATO) have no real-world monetary value, are not redeemable for cash, and are licensed to you for use within the app only.

5. Intellectual property

The WHaM brand, app designs and original content belong to WHaM Pictures. Third-party trademarks referenced in our services (for example Formula 1-related marks in F1ow) belong to their respective owners; our services are independent and not endorsed by those owners.

6. Disclaimers & liability

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted availability. Educational content (including poker strategy training in TOMATO) is provided for learning purposes and is not financial advice. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to damages caused by our intent or gross negligence.

7. Termination & changes

You may stop using the services or delete your account at any time. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice. Changes to these terms will be posted at this address with a new revision date; material changes to app terms will also be announced in the relevant app.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence remain unaffected.
