F1ow Privacy Policy

F1ow collects only what the community service needs to run, and you can delete your account — and the data that goes with it — directly in the app.

1. Operator & contact

F1ow is operated by WHaM Pictures (representative: Jaeheon Oh, Republic of Korea). Privacy inquiries: support@whathappensatmidnight.xyz.

2. Data we collect and why

  • Account data — email address and password (stored as a secure hash by our authentication provider), collected when you sign up, to create and protect your account.
  • Profile data — nickname, chosen team and optional profile image, to display you in the community.
  • User-generated content — posts, comments and images you upload, to provide the community service.
  • Moderation data — reports you submit and users you block, to keep the community safe.
  • Push notification token — only if you opt in to notifications; used solely to deliver them. You can turn notifications off at any time in iOS Settings or in the app.

F1ow does not use advertising SDKs, does not sell personal data, and does not track you across other companies' apps or websites.

3. Service providers

  • Supabase — authentication, database and image storage (server infrastructure).
  • Expo — push notification delivery and app update delivery.
  • Apple — App Store distribution and system push services.

Race data and news shown in the app come from public data sources; requesting them does not send your personal data to those sources.

4. Retention

Account and profile data are retained while your account exists. When you delete your account, your account data is deleted. Reports already processed for moderation may be retained in de-identified form. Data may be retained longer only where a law requires it.

5. Account deletion

You can delete your account directly in the app (profile settings → delete account). If you cannot access the app, email support@whathappensatmidnight.xyz from the address registered to your account. Details: https://whathappensatmidnight.xyz/account-deletion/f1ow

6. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and may withdraw consent at any time, in the app or by email. Withdrawing consent to optional items (e.g. push notifications) does not affect your use of the rest of the service.

7. Children

F1ow does not knowingly collect personal data from children under 14. If we learn that a child under 14 has created an account without the required consent, we will delete it.

8. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this address with a new revision date. Material changes will also be announced in the app.
